Position Overview:

Streamline Services is seeking a skilled and reliable residential Electrical Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will diagnose and repair electrical systems in residential properties and guide customers in making informed and confident buying decisions. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in residential electrical service looking to further their career in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems and fixtures in residential homes.
• Build relationships with customers, learn more about their needs, and create lifetime members.
• Guide customers to informed and confident buying decisions by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
• Keep your company truck clean and inventory-ready
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional
• Maintain Streamline Core Values & Guiding Principles 
• Master the NexStar Service System 
• Maintain a professional appearance 
• Participate in the On-Call Rotation 
• Understand Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications:

• 1-3 Years of Experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
• Experienced with Service Titan or Similar Software CRM
