THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide 5-star customer service every day
  • Bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Take pride in the quality of work you create
  • Accurately enter client information and to convert incoming calls into booked opportunities
  • Communicate with customers via electronic formats, live chat, portals, and email
  • Manage customer satisfaction, with happy calls, cards, and by responding to reviews
  • Participate as a part of team empowered to share ideas, improve processes, and the optimize the customer experience
  • This is an on-site position (Monday to Friday) 
  • Preferred hours 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm

Our top CSRs earn up to $21/hour

  • Highest degree of empathy when working with customers under stress.

  • Proficient typist and ability to learn new software applications
