Job Summary:
As a Comfort Consultant at Streamline Services, you are pivotal in transforming potential clients into satisfied owners of cutting-edge air conditioning and heating systems. Your primary duty is to engage with clients, comprehensively assess their requirements, and deliver tailor-made solutions to enhance their home comfort. You will be a crucial link in achieving departmental sales and capacity goals, ensuring that each customer's needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite Project Assessment with a presentation for HVAC and Generator equipment installation
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand customers' needs, recommending optimal equipment solutions.
- Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about products and pricing
- Ensure HVAC and Generator replacement options comply with all National and State codes
- Create accurate and easily transferable sales proposals for the installation team
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Install Coordinator, Service Manager, and Install Manager to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in setting aggressive sales plans and proposing expansions.
- Generate excitement about Streamline Services and encourage referrals
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical conduct standards at all times.
