Position Overview:

Streamline Services is seeking a skilled and reliable residential HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential properties and guide customers to informed and confident buying decisions. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in residential HVAC Service looking to further their career in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all installations.
• Conduct start-up, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Understand and utilize Service Titan processes.
• Use the installation manual for every job.
• Follow the NexStar installation system.
• Require limited assistance from Install/Service Managers.
• Know and use all Streamline processes and policies, including:
• Debrief/communication process with dispatch
• Maintain clear, direct, and timely communication with the Install Manager and Sales team.
• Be knowledgeable about customer financing options.
• Provide technical support when required.
• Maintain Streamline Core Values & Guiding Principles 
• Maintain professional appearance
• Understand Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications:

• 2-5 Years of Experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
• Experienced with Service Titan or Similar Software CRM
