Job Summary:
We are actively recruiting a dynamic and experienced Electrical professional to assume our team's residential Electrical Service Technician role. As the forefront representative of our commitment to excellence, you will be entrusted with cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients who seek your expertise and the skills you bring to the table. In the capacity of Residential Electrical Service Technician, your responsibilities extend beyond routine service tasks. You will embody the standard of craftsmanship and dependability, ensuring that every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and adherence to the highest company standards and industry regulations. Responsibilities:
- Deliver 5-star Customer Service Every Day
- Diagnose and Repair Residential Electrical Systems
- Lead Customers to Informed and Confident Buying Decisions
- Bring a positive attitude and a passion for learning
- Take pride in your work quality and strive to be 1% better every day
- Be an active team player, contributing ideas, improving processes, and optimizing the customer experience
- Keep your company truck clean and inventory-ready
- Complete paperwork accurately and professionally
- Maintain a clean and polished appearance
- Possess and maintain a clean driving record
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Residential Service Experience
- Dependable and Dedicated
- Positive outlook and eagerness to learn
- Process-driven and solution-oriented
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and people-centric
- Humble, self-motivated, and collaborative
- Great problem-solver and contributor to a winning team
- ServiceTitan or Nexstar experience (a PLUS)
