Job Summary:

We are actively recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Professional to assume the role of Residential Plumbing Service Technician within our team. As the forefront representative of our commitment to excellence, you will be entrusted to cultivate long lasting relationships with clients who seek your expertise and the skills you bring to the table.

In the capacity of Residential Plumbing Service Technician, your responsibilities extend beyond routine service tasks. You will embody the pinnacle of craftsmanship and dependability, ensuring that every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and strict adherence to the highest company standards and industry regulations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact, leveraging your proven track record and proficiency in plumbing to not only meet but surpass the expectations of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Follow our service system and educate the customer on products and services 
• Meet and exceed key performance requirements 
• Deliver quality workmanship (possess necessary tools to do the job) 
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business 
• Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations 
• Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
• Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions

Requirements:

• Proven plumbing experience with the desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today 
• Proven track record in plumbing and gas systems including the ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints and other diagrams
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications 
• Skilled in soldering, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check, drug test
• Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software 
• An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team
