Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with, and book leads that come through various channels, including Google, Schedule Engine, Angi, Duke Energy, and UpFrog. This is an on-site position.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email, engaging in meaningful discussions about our services.
  • Confirm relevant information with customers and log/book in Service Titan.
  • Track lead sources and ensure all necessary information is properly documented.
  • Monitor appointment software and respond to inquiries, booking HVAC sales leads in Service Titan
  • Overcome objections related to dispatch fees, estimates, and scheduling issues.
  • Perform “Happy Calls” to ensure customers receive top-quality care after service completion.
  • Coordinate with dispatchers, service leads, and management to handle booked jobs with a 5-star customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound customer service or sales roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting targets.
  • Effective in following scripts and processes.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Service Titan.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in customer service or sales is beneficial.
